Order help basics
Shipping speeds: Standard 5–7 business days; Express 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2pm PST ship the same day.
Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on orders $75+; $5.95 under $75. Express is $12.95.
Returns: Free returns within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Final sale items can’t be returned.
Exchanges: Select “Exchange” when starting your return. We’ll ship your new size as soon as we receive your return, or immediately if you’d like to be charged upfront.
Order changes/cancellations: Possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us at hello@commonware.com or call 1-800-COMMON.
Tracking: We’ll email a tracking link once your order ships. You can also track in your account.
Business inquiries
Wholesale: Choose “Wholesale” in the form. Include your storefront/website, locations, lines carried, and order timelines.
Press & Media: Choose “Press & Media.” Share your outlet, deadlines, product requests, and any asset needs. We respond quickly to time‑sensitive requests.
